Tyre hotel: what's included and how to book your tyre change
With our tyre hotel, we store your tyres over the season, so you don't have to carry them home, down to the basement or into a storage unit. The hotel includes a tyre pressure check and a suggested time for your next change. Washing the tyres is not included in the hotel, but you can get it as a separate service or as part of a package.

Tyre hotel / season costs €89. Fitting the tyres to the car is not included in the hotel price. It is paid for separately (Tyre change, €44–54), or you can get it in a package together with storage.
If your car has alloy wheels, the wheel bolts should be re-tightened after about 100 kilometres of driving. As a hotel customer you can come in for re-tightening free of charge, or you can tighten the bolts yourself following the instructions you are given.
Book the change at least a day in advance
Tyres in the hotel are not kept at the wash hall but in our own storage facility. That is why the change must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, so that there is time to bring the tyres to the hall. When you book the tyre change, mention in the Message to the shop field that your tyres are in the hotel.
The suggested time for your next change makes this easier: you don't have to remember when the season changes, and the change is planned in good time.
Washing before storage
Over the season, road salt, sand and brake dust build up on tyres and rims. If they are left on the surface for half a year, the salt and brake dust can corrode the surface of the rim. Clean tyres are also easier to inspect, because cracks and damage show up better.
Washing is not included in the hotel price. You can book it as a separate service (Tyre wash, €19) or choose a package that includes it.

A package suits you if you want to take care of the change of season in one visit: your tyres are changed and washed, and the car is washed at the same time.
If you store the tyres yourself
The usual guidelines apply to storing tyres at home. Wash and dry the tyres before storing them. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, solvents and fuels. Tyres on rims can be stacked on top of each other or hung up; tyres without rims are stored upright.
Mark each tyre with its position on the car, for example front left. Tyre bags make the tyres easier to carry and keep the car's boot clean. You can get a set of four bags from us for €10–15.
